Blog Tour: Scavenge the Stars by Tara Sim | Review + Dream Cast

Oh man this cover is giving me so much life! And this banner that FFBC made for this blog tour is absolutely perfect. I’ll be honest and don’t shoot me down for this, but I have personally never read The Count of Monte Cristo ever in my life, nor do I really know what it’s about, so even though this is marketed as a gender-bent retelling of that book, that in no way shape or form turned me on to this novel. Clearly I do better not knowing the source material for retellings because a lot of the retellings I’ve had the pleasure of reading have been amazing in their own right, without being in the shadow of their predecessors. This is no exception.

So click on the banner for more info, the rest of the schedule, and let’s see what I thought about this very interesting book that I’m so glad I got to read!

Blog Tour: The Light at the Bottom of the World by London Shah | Review + Playlist

Okay, fam. This blog tour is a pretty unique one, and I’m so proud of Fantastic Flying Book Club for leading this. Not only is this a blog tour, but it is a traveling ARC tour! What does that mean? That means that all of us that are on the tour get to share a physical copy of the blog and add our notes to it, essentially showing all of our combined thoughts and feelings into one. At the end, our physical ARC will be sent to back to London Shah so she can keep it forever and ever. Isn’t that the cutest idea? I am so thankful to be a part of this, and I can’t wait to see what we all end up writing in this ARC.

Let’s get going with the tour! Don’t forget to click on the banner above to see the full tour schedule.

When I first heard that this book was coming out through Rick Riordan Presents, I knew that I wanted to read it and be a part of promoting and sharing this book around the universe. So, when I got the email saying that I was selected to be a part of this blog tour, I literally freaked out and cried tears of joy! I’m so, so excited to be promoting an #ownvoices novel, and I’m so happy to see Tristan Strong make his appearance in our world! I’m so excited to root for him too and I’m just so proud of him.

Be sure to click on the banner to see all of the stops in this month long blog tour, hosted by RockStar Book Tour!
