FAM. When I got picked to be on this blog tour, I was over the moon excited. Do you know how rare it is for me to get to read some West African inspired fantasy novel? And this also has some Caribbean mythology involved as well, so I get two amazing cultures put together in one book, and I’m just so happy to get to read this!
Thank you again so much to the team of Fantastic Flying Book Club for including me on this tour, and hosting this tour as well. Click on the banner for the rest of the schedule AND giveaway info.
FAM. I finished a series for the first time in forever. Yes, thanks to Fantastic Flying Book Club, and especially HarperCollins for sending me the books, I ended up finishing this trilogy! Like, whaaaat? You may be wondering where my review is for the second one, since hello I reviewed the first one and this one. Well, I’m still debating on whether I want to post it or not, so stay tuned for that decision later. But at least you can see a sneak peak of my thoughts for the third and final book of the Truly Devious trilogy by Maureen Johnson!

This is my last freaking weekend as a free woman – because guess who is going back to school this Spring semester and it starts on Monday! Meeeeeeeee – and apparently I got to enjoy all the good books for amazing blog tours this weekend as a treat. It totally works out in my favor because now I can go into the new semester completely broken I mean ready for a dose of reality.
