Time for another WWW Wednesday, hosted by Taking on a World of Words. You know the 3 W’s we all want to know, so here are my answers below! If you need a refresher on what those 3 W’s are, here ya go!
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you will read next?
Let’s go!!!!
Currently Reading
- Bookish Boyfriends: A Date with Darcy – Tiffany Schmidt (80%)
- Autoboyography – Christina Lauren (90%)
- The Bear and the Nightingale – Katherine Arden (23%)
I cannot wait to finish Autoboyography and post the buddy read discussion with the lovely Brittany! Stay tuned for that one.
Finished Reading
- The Weight of a Piano – Chris Cander
- Patron Saints of Nothing – Randy Ribay (ARC Review & SNEAK PEEK)
- Treading Waves – S.R. Atkinson (ARC Review)
- The Black Mage – Daniel Barnes (ARC Review)
Right on! I got three ARCs down and one Book Club book done. What an awesome week.
Next to Read
- The Silent Patient – Alex Michaelides
- Illuminae – Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff
- Eldest – Christopher Paolini
- It Ends With Us – Colleen Hoover
So I don’t plan on finishing any of these next week at all, but at least starting them especially because two of them are book club reads and one is a buddy read.
So that’s that! What’s on your list? What should be on my list? Let me know!

WordPress didn’t tell me you tagged me in this! 😭 But thanks to my blog hopping, I noticed it anyways, haha. I’m so excited for it, too! You’ll definitely finish before me, though! I’m only about 30% in 😅

I’m glad you found it! Does it tell you when someone tags you? That’s so cool! I didn’t know that! You’re going to get through it pretty fast, I feel. I took a break so you can catch up and I’m trying to finish Bookish Boyfriends so I can review it and return it to the library. I just picked up SIX more books at the library like I have nothing better to do lol.

Yes, WordPress will send you a “pingback” when you’ve been tagged, so that you can approve the link to your site! However, I learned the other day that you have to link to an actual post of theirs instead of their home page in order for them to be alerted that they were tagged! I’m still learning stuff after being on this site for a year and a half 😂

I keep meaning to read The Bear and the Nightingale, and I just haven’t been able to get to it yet. I look forward to hearing what you think when you’re done, though.
Oooh, what’d you think of the Patron Saints of Nothing? I’ve had my eye on that one.
You’re reading Illuminae next?! YES! I hope you enjoy it. 😀 I’m more than a little in love with AIDAN. Sounds like you’ve got some great books lined up. Happy reading!

I am listening to it right now and wow, I’m so glad that I am! I think listening to it helps me hear the correct Russian pronunciations or else I would have butchered it so badly and I wouldn’t have appreciated that. I’m loving it so far though!
I only got to read the sneak peek for Patron Saints and that hit me a certain way. I wrote about it in my review because there were certain things that really reminded me of some things that I remember dealing with or having some experience with.
I am LOVING Illuminae so far! I am waiting to get the audiobook again from the library so I can listen to it as well, but I’m gonna also read it as well while I’m waiting. Thanks so much!

Ugh, I usually either try to Google names like that, if they exist in the real world, or I just … give them a nickname. xD Which usually backfires when I have to actually talk about the characters later on and only remember their nicknames.
I’ve heard the audiobook is really good! I read it myself and I haven’t checked that out yet, but it was highly recommended to me, so I hope you enjoy it. :3

So far I’m really enjoying the audiobook from what I got to listen to! And man I feel that. If I come up with nicknames for people and I’m talking about a book that nobody really knows about, I just roll with it lol. Not a lot of people that I know near me are into books so I’m rarely talking about them 😦 Sucks but that’s why I’m loving the discussions on here!

Hey, at least the internet gives us that option know! I know A LOT of bookish people, but unfortunately, they read everything except for what I read, basically. xD
