Top Ten Tuesday | Covers with Animals on Them

Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Hello y’all! So yesterday was my mom’s birthday and even though I wasn’t there to celebrate it, I was happy that she was able to spend it with my brother and my aunt. I hope that I will get to see her again for her birthday one of these years!

So I haven’t thought about animals on covers as an active thing to look for, and I felt like the other part of the prompt – titles with animals in them – was a little bit harder for me to think about. Plus, I am still so exhausted from getting so full from another night of hot pot and Korean bbq that I can’t even focus. Okay seriously, one day I’m going to need to figure out my thoughts for the posts that I want/need to write about before they completely go out of my brain.

So let’s think about it:

Not all of these specifically deal with the animals on the covers but most of them do. It was nice to try to find some books from the past that had animals on the cover and I liked the majority of them!

Sorry again for the super short post, but I hope it works out. I’ll also have to do better at blog hopping so I’ll try to do that this month as well! See you on the next post.

  1. I find that so disheardening when the book has nothing to do with the animals on the cover!! Especially if there’s a dachshund on it.,

Aww the one with the pair of cats on the cover is adorable 🥰.. though I assume it’s not bend to the story
