I don’t even think I work anymore. I just blog hop and share posts and create posts and talk to my friends on Twitter. That’s my social life, and I’m totally okay with it. Here’s another round of some of the great blog posts that I’ve seen lately!

  • Review of The Unexpected Everything – Rose @ This Book Life

” I quickly found that I was able to relate to a lot of Andie’s experiences, despite not having a parent who is a politician and dealing with the consequences of that. While it was slow at times and a bit cliche, I enjoyed the book as a whole.”

  • Review: The Art of Escaping by Erin Callahan – E. @ Local Bee Hunter’s Book Nook

” I thought so long about a sufficient review for this book but all what comes to my mind is ‘so so good’, ‘I love it so much’, and ‘I want to read it again!!’

  • ARC Review! Serpent & Dove by Shelby Mahurin @ Becky @ Crooks Book

” Again these two are polar opposites, but the one thing they have in common is their friendship with Lou, their willingness to enter the Lions den to save her, and on Ansels side, the willingness to go against everything he has been taught to protect someone he loves.”

  • Pillow Thoughts III: Mending the Mind by Courtney Peppernell – Dini @ Dini Panda Reads

” I teared up reading the chapter on “if your mind needs repairing” and I felt hopeful reading “if your mind needs inspiration”. I’ve been struggling a lot with my mental health over the last few months and reading some of these passages really got to me.”
  • The Importance of Content/Trigger Warnings in Books & Book Reviews (& More) – Brittany @ Brittany the Book Guru

“For whatever reason, these people find it completely enraging that other people in the world are trying to give people warnings before they dive into something. I don’t really know why anyone who doesn’t feel that they need a trigger warning would care so much about someone else needing one, but it’s where we are. Like I said, it’s odd.”

  • 6 Pieces of Advice that’ll Get People to Follow Your Blog!! (coming from someone who’s picky about who she follows) – Caitlin @ Caitlin Althea

“When I write comments, and (probably) when other people do, I want to start a discussion, and it’s a little weird when the blogger doesn’t respond in turn. It’s like unboxing a package that just arrived at your house–only to find that it’s empty.”

  • #DiverseBookBloggersDiscuss: Growing up without diverse books – Fadwa @ Word Wonders (written by Rvkayah)

“I had read dystopian, contemporary, and even historical fiction. What do all the books I read have in common? It certainly wasn’t a genre. It was the fact that they all lacked diversity. The casts of characters within every book were predominantly white, cisgender, and definitely heterosexual. Or at least, canonically heterosexual. Thank you, fanfiction writers.”

  • Small WordPress Tips & Tricks that’ll Go a Long Way – Caitlin @ Caitlin Althea (yes, I have her up here twice because you’re going to love her posts)

” These tips are things that I think a lot of newbie bloggers don’t know about. As a newbie, I didn’t know about these things, and I’m pretty sure other newbie bloggers, or maybe some veterans too, don’t know about them yet! So I’m here to impart the little wisdom I’ve gained in my half a year of blogging to those who need it!”
  • The Tag of Rage and Sorrow – Renee @ The Caffeinated Reader

“Maité Martinez in Off Planet was so strong and just refused to give in. I don’t mean simply physically but her heart, she goes through so much and she continues to do so, one day at a time in this amazing book.”

  • Real Neat Blogger Award Tag – Susan @ Novel Lives

” For anyone who has known me before the past year that statement would make them pass out cold. So I’m going to go with the onlyalbum I’ve listened to in the past year- the soundtrack to the Umbrella Academy.”

  • Top Ten Tuesday: Books I’d like in my personal library – Dana @ Devour Books with Dana

” This is my first week participating in TTT and I’m super excited about the topic!!”

  • The Perfect Book || Original Book Tag – Sofii @ A Book. A Thought

Today I bring you a post that I confess scares me a little bit to do, but at the same time I’ve wanted to do for a while now, so here I am. Finally, I’ve decided to create my own “Book Tag”, I love and enjoy doing other people’s tags, I think they’re so original and fun, so one day I came up with an idea, I wrote it and never did anything with it 😂 UNTIL TODAY!”

I appreciate all of you guys coming up with amazing content and spreading the love by visiting these posts that I list. I know everyone works very hard to keep up with their blog and write what is important to them, and I want to be able to share that and appreciate your hard work too! Let me know what you think of these posts, and if you recommend any more that I should be on the lookout for.

  1. Thanks for these! There is always so much going on in the book blogosphere that I miss! Sometimes it is hard to find the time to keep up with my own blog, let alone everyone else’s , but posts like these are a great motivator to take a bit of time to do some blog hopping 🙂

    1. Yes! I feel like having a post every once in a while to do a round up of what I’ve seen around really helps spread the word. Although I know that I have missed some posts as well, so I don’t mind finding those again and adding them to post like this! The more people can read them, the better I say!

    1. Oh my gosh, Sofii you are so welcome ❤ I'm glad that you still posted it! That's how I feel about doing my original tag, that's why I haven't posted it yet. Who knows? I may post it next week or something if I set it up the way that I want to.

Thanks so much, Sofii! I appreciate all of your kind words ❤

Oh thank you! I'm glad that I started it, and I'm glad that people like to see them and see what I included 🙂 Plus, a lot of times I think about something that I want to say but may not be in the right mindset to say, and then I end up finding a post that says it better than what I could have dreamed of, so why not share?!
