So I’m low key trying to convince my birthday twin (who is also my roommate) to start a BookTube channel with me because we are funny as hell and he also reads. Unlike my darling husband, who so far has only read the Percy Jackson series (he liked those) and the first Red Rising book (he liked that a lot too) and doesn’t read as much.
I won’t say that I’m shaming him because I’m not, but it would be nice if he would read with me too. Or at least read in general so we can talk about the books we are reading. Oh well! We will see what happens! Help me convince him, friends!

That’s 5 ARCs completed in August so far! Maybe I should have joined Netgalley’s ARC Readathon, although three of those ARCs came from BookSirens, so I don’t think that would have counted. Either way, I’m slowly making progress and that’s what matters!
Also, at this point of writing my post, I am literally two followers away from hitting 200! I can’t believe this! I’m honestly so proud of my progress and of all of your support. I’m thinking of doing a giveaway when I hit 200, because I have an extra copy of Song of the Dead from Sarah Glenn Marsh that I’d love to give to someone. So, if I hit 200, I’ll make an announcement.
Would anyone like a chance to win that book? I know it’s a backlist and has been out for a long time, but maybe someone will like it! I didn’t realize that I got two preorders, and one of them is signed.
Or I can let the winner pick a book and I’ll have it shipped to them directly. I guess we will see if I make it there!

Hosting a giveaway sounds great. I know for me, I still read and buy backlist books. I try to make sure I do so I’m not only caught up in a hype.

Thanks so much! I’ll have to figure out the details but I’m excited to do the giveaway.
Sometimes I like going back to backlist books because I don’t have to worry about everyone talking about it all at once and I can take my time to read them lol.
