Oh look, I’m finally in the double digits! Yay for me and yay for consistency! Thank you again so much Destiny @ Howling Libraries for creating and hosting this weekly meme! I’m glad that I found it, and I’m glad that I get to go through my Goodreads TBR list every week to see what I should really keep and what I should get rid of.
I swear I say the same thing almost every week. I need to come up with a better shtick.

- Hearts of Shadow (Deadglass #2) – Kira Brady
- Hearts of Fire (Deadglass #0.5) – Kira Brady
- Hearts of Chaos (Deadglass #3) – Kira Brady
- Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid #1) – Richelle Mead
- Succubus on Top (Georgina Kincaid #2) – Richelle Mead
Remember how I said I was on a adding binge when I first joined Goodreads? Yeah, this is still my adding binge. I feel like I added Kira Brady because her last name is the same as my married name. I thought that was cool. As far as the Georgina Kincaid novels, it really was because they were written by Richelle Mead, and I absolutely love Vampire Academy. I know this is her adult novels, and I freaking love stories about succubi (thanks to Lost Girl. Watch it if you haven’t already. It’s on Netflix), but I just won’t be able to find these or dedicate my time to this series yet. Maybe one day, I’ll find them and then I can leisurely go through them. Or listen to them if there are any audiobook versions of this.

- Infinity Son (Infinity Cycle #1) – Adam Silvera
When I found out that Adam was making his first fantasy novel, I flipped out! I have been hearing so much positive feedback on this, and I love Adam’s writing anyway, so I’m glad I get to read his take on the fantasy genre. - Seven Deadly Shadows – Courtney Alameda & Valynne Maetani
I freaking love books like this! I am sensing a high Japanese mythology influence in this book, and I hope it’s done well. - Teeth in the Mist – Dawn Kurtagich
It’s a horror book, and not my usual cup of tea, but I’ve been hearing some amazing things about this. I really want to be able to like this so I hope I can read it – in the daytime specifically – soon! - Nomansland – Lesley Hauge
Men are the enemy? Sounds about right. All jokes aside, I don’t think I’ve come across a dystopian book like this, so I hope I can find a copy of this and read it eventually. I can’t believe this came out back in 2010! - Crier’s War (Crier’s War #1) – Nina Varela
This was another one that was highly recommended by fellow bloggers and those on Book Twitter, so I’m hoping I can read this when it comes out. Or even win the Goodreads Giveaway.

I hope everyone is having an amazing August so far. I still can’t believe the year is already halfway over. Well, more than halfway over. Things have been going pretty well since I started blogging again, and wow. I just need to thank every single person in this community for being so great to me and so supportive! You’ve really been helpful to me, and it means so much. See you next week.

Horror is my cup of tea but I’m excited that some non-horror lovers seem to be giving Teeth in the Mist a try! That is so cool! I haven’t gotten to it yet and I’m backed up with arcs right now but the second I’m not – that is one of the first I’m reading!!!

I’m going to be talking to you non-stop about Teeth in the Mist if I get to it! Well, I know I’ll get to it eventually, but just a heads up that I’m going to be talking to you!!! I can’t wait to hear what you think of it when you get to it.

Right?! I think that’s what I’m most excited about. I’m so used to his contemporary work but I think he’s going to be amazing with his fantasy work. Thanks so much for visiting Chana ❤
