I think I totally forgot last week to post a Shelf Control post! I’m so sorry! I guess I spaced out on this one because I forgot I post this on Wednesdays. Oh well, at least I’m remembering this week! Thank you again to Lisa @ Bookish Fantasies for creating and hosting this tag! It’s one of my favorites, and I honestly can’t wait to see what kind of goodies I have on my shelf.
Want to participate in Shelf Control? Here’s how:
- Write a blog post about a book that you own that you haven’t read yet.
- Add your link in the comments!
- If you’d be so kind, I’d appreciate a link back from your own post.
- Check out other posts, and…

how did i get it?
Thought it looked really cool and saw that it was on sale on Audible, so I decided to get it. I also didn’t realize that my brother had read it before as well, and since he didn’t remember it, we may do a buddy read.
when did i get it?
August 21, 2017 (thanks Audible!)
why do i want to read it?
Because my brother recommended this, although he doesn’t remember everything that happened. It makes me want to read it with him now.

I can’t believe it’s been two years (well, pretty much) since I bought this on Audible, and I still haven’t touched it. It was cool that my brother ended up reborrowing it from the library while I was home, so hopefully we can read it together and see what’s going on. Who has read this one? I mean, I don’t think I’ve read anything with the seven wonders of the world as the main topic, so I’m excited about this one.

Cool!
Looks like I’ll put it up next week.

Are you going to put up a Shelf Control? Or are you going to read this book? Either way, I’m excited to see it!

It’ll be a shelf-control post. Why I haven’t read this book I’m considering I do not know.
