Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

I’m absolutely loving this prompt this week! There a few heroines that come to mind when I think about this prompt so I’ll be sure to list them here for you. Let me know if you have read some of these novels and who is on your list as well – and if you aren’t actively participating in Top Ten Tuesday, please consider it. It’s very fun to do every week, and if not, definitely feel free to be casual about it and list your thoughts in the comments.
- Sirscha and Saengo – Forest of Souls by Lori M. Lee
- Cass – Secrets in the Mist by Morgan L. Busse
- Bronwyn Crewse – A Killer Sundae by Abby Collette
- Tea – The Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco
- Charlie – Her Majesty’s Necromancer by C.J. Archer
- Gethsemane Brown – Murder in G Major by Alexia Gordon
- Seol – The Silence of Bones by June Hur
- Anastacya Mikhailov – Blood Heir by Amelie Wen Zhao
- Maia Tamarin – Spin the Dawn by Elizabeth Lim
I love me some strong girls, and I’m so happy that I got to share some of my faves with you. Short post this week since I didn’t feel like sharing the covers, and not all of these characters have amazing fan art that I can share. If you know any though, please let me know! I’m always in the mood for amazing fan art of my favorite characters.

If I could, I would adapt all of my favorite stories into TV shows or movies, because seriously they need to be shared with the world in other formats. Could you imagine the world that these authors create in their mind, being brought to life in a way that does it justice? I could only imagine how that would be, and it keeps me going. If only I was creative enough to do this.
I hope everyone is doing well this week! See you next time.

Great list! I love Tea from The Bone Witch.

Tea is amazing ❤ I still need to finish that trilogy as usual, but I know I'll still love her regardless.

I haven’t read any of these books, so I’m not familiar with your favorite leading ladies. Bummer! I’m sure they’re all great heroines 🙂
Happy TTT!

It’s okay! There’s been so many lists with heroines that I don’t recognize, so it’s always fun to see what others are sharing. Hopefully you read one of these and let me know 🙂

Thank you so much Leah! Honestly when I was looking at some of the other posts, I didn’t realize that I forgot some of my favorite heroines because there are just so many of them! I hope you end up liking the ones on your TBR ❤ That's always my wish for my friends to enjoy their TBR as much as possible.

No, I get it. I have procrastinated finishing series before because I wasn’t ready for the story to be over.
