It’s been a while. I’m still like in… social and mental isolation which can be fun and not at the same time, but I need it. I need to work on some homework that’s for sure, but I just can’t seem to stop thinking about Dean Winchester. You know how it is.

Thank you again to Sam @ Taking on a World of Words for hosting this weekly meme. I’m pretty sure you all know the drill by now, but in case you don’t and you want to join, here are the three questions we always answer:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you will read next?

- Pride, Prejudice and Other Flavors – Sonali Dev
- Light it Up – Kekla Magoon
- Crave – Tracy Wolff
I still laugh that people assume that Crave is like a poor imitation of Twilight. *shaking my damn head* they are nothing alike. I loved Crave SO MUCH MORE and this boarding school setting is way cooler and way more intriguing than Forks, Washington. But whatevs. To each their own. Just don’t call it a poor imitation. Just because the cover has a similar aesthetic does not mean they are alike in any way, shape, or form.
And ugh I’m in the worst slump of my damn life. OMG I hate it so much. I can’t even enjoy my books right now, and I can’t even focus on anything else, not even anything that I actually want to focus on. So that’s been a big issue. Hopefully I can get over that soon.

- The Wedding Date – Jasmine Guillory
- Soulless – Gail Carriger
- Heavy Vinyl Vol. 1 – Carly Usdin
I’d been trying to read Heavy Vinyl forever it seems like, and I’m so glad that I finally ended up finishing it like I wanted to! The one thing that I’m super proud of last week, so woot woot. And of course getting through The Wedding Date pretty quickly again. Oh man was that audiobook fun to listen to in the car.

- The Diplomat’s Daughter – Karin Tanabe
My library recommended the audiobook so I’m gonna listen to this one next. Clearly I can’t focus on anything on my possibility pile so this is a super mood read that I just want to try out. I’m gonna try it after I’m done listening to Crave! I can’t wait to see how this is.

Okay first can we talk about how freaking looking at Dean Winchester even for a brief second makes me grin like a damn ass high school girl?! This is terrible. This is so great. I can’t wait to keep watching Supernatural again. They just can never take the show off Netflix or I’m gonna just fall into another bout of Dean withdrawals. Not even joking.

Okay this is ridiculous omgggggg. Thank you Dean for being in existence.
Oh yeah, book related questions. Ahhhh, have you read any of these books yet? lol
Stay thirsty friends. Like I so clearly am for Dean mwahahah.

lmaoooo I absolutely adore you. I totally get you about slumps…I finally managed to snap out of
mine and just taking it easy. this year has been so hard. I love this post and your thirst lmfao.

Slumps are the worst. With school starting I have definitely found myself in a slumpy mood as well 😦 My audiobook for Crave is ready so I am pretty excited to read that in the next few weeks!

Heavy vinyl is my favourite graphic novel. I loved it so much, I seem to unintentionally gravitate towards books with superheroes and people with amazing fighting skills. I was surprised when I realised this was a fight club book. I loved it!!!
