WWW Wednesday – September 9, 2020

I think out of all the weekly memes that I did back in the day, this was one of my favorites because I could look at all the books I was trying to read at once and see if I would even finish any by the next time I posted. Did I? Sometimes. Did I feel accomplished whenever I finished something? Of course! Plus I liked being able to visually see how… enthusiastic I was about reading multiple books at the same time.

Thank you again to Sam @ Taking on a World of Words for hosting this weekly meme. I’m pretty sure you all know the drill by now, but in case you don’t and you want to join, here are the three questions we always answer:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you will read next?

Top Ten Tuesday: Books for My Younger Self

I haven’t done a Top Ten Tuesday in so long! Looks like it was back in March before the pandemic had us all quarantining so, if that gives you any indication of how long it’s been… well there you go.

Thank Sammie @ The Bookwyrm’s Den for getting me back into this, because if it wasn’t for her letting me know what kind of weekly memes I could get back into again, I probably wouldn’t have remembered a lot of them!

Goodreads Monday – Tigers, Not Daughters by Samantha Mabry

Hello friends. Happy Monday for those of you not in the future. In the United States, today is Labor Day, so it’s been a three-day weekend for some people. It’s a three day weekend for me, so today is my final day at home before I go back to work. Today is also the 6th day of my chest hurting with no relief, and I haven’t been able to call my doctor to make an appointment so I’m hoping that I can somehow get through this time? We will see.

Thanks to Dini @ Dini Panda Reads, I’m adding Goodreads Monday to my weekly meme schedule, and I’m excited to do this one. This weekly meme was started by @Lauren’s Page Turners and it invites you to pick a book from your TBR and explain why you want to read it.
