Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish in June of 2010 and was moved to That Artsy Reader Girl in January of 2018. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together.

Hey Mersquad! It’s great to see you again. I can’t believe February is pretty much done, and honestly I’m feeling like this month went by way too quickly. It didn’t help that there’s an extra day this month. It’s probably because of the massive deadline that I’m on. I’m also just really stressed out because honestly I have no idea if I’ll be able to get all of my dogs to Hawaii because of breed restrictions, and I’m just really scared about it.
Oh yeah, I guess if I hadn’t said earlier, I’m supposed to be moving to Hawaii. Yay… except for the pet situation now.
Anyway, I’m not supposed to be getting worked up about it tonight – even though now I’m hella worried – and I’m supposed to working on this post! So… I guess let’s figure this out.
Wow, honestly I can’t even focus right now on all ten books but I’ll share the main one that I can think of when I see this prompt. Maybe I’ll try to do this post again when I’m not so upset.

I hear the word “nature” and I automatically think about this book. What else would encompass nature but “wild things”, right? Animals, plants… the very nature of nature itself and how it can be unpredictable yet comforting. I think about how Sage can hear the plants she interacts with, and all of the magic that her family has. Sage was my favorite character throughout this book, and I’m glad that things ended up working out for her in the end.

I’m sorry that this post was not what I intended to write tonight. I hope the next one is a bit better. How’s everyone week going so far?

Good luck with your move and getting your dogs to where they need to be!
Happy TTT!
Susan
