Thank you again to Sam @ Taking on a World of Words for hosting this weekly meme. I’m pretty sure you all know the drill by now, but in case you don’t and you want to join, here are the three questions we always answer:

  1. What are you currently reading?
  2. What did you recently finish reading?
  3. What do you think you will read next?

Oh, look! I have finally made some progress on All I’ve Wanted, All I’ve Needed! And that is because the audiobook finally came out on Audible so I can now listen to it. I’m super happy about that because I’ve really been avoiding my kindle lately. I don’t know what it is, but I’m just not able to read as well on it anymore. Kindles are so helpful and useful though, so it bothers me that I’m not making use of it like I should. But I will forever appreciate audiobooks because they help me take in so many of my favorite and new-to-me favorite books throughout the years. I’m a huge audiobook fan, as you can probably tell.

I’m almost done with I Feed Her and oh my gosh, there is a line in that book that I want to remember forever. It just really encompasses the book for me, so I’ll have to make note of it and add it to my reviews. I’m satisfied with the books I’m reading so far.

I ended my year out with those two books, and I am super proud of myself for it! I wasn’t sure if I would make it because I started Execution in E a little later than Ben and Beatriz, but I was able to finish both! I’m super happy with how my year ended with my reading journey, and now I just have to keep moving forward with this year’s new reads!

While I am using Goodreads to log in my books, I’m also trying to make sure that I mostly use StoryGraph. Especially since a lot of the challenges that I signed up for are on StoryGraph. So it’s crucial that I now keep up with my tracking on both sites in order for it to be accurate. I also love the Wrap Up graphic that StoryGraph made for my year! I’m excited to see how it goes for this year.

How does your Wrap-Up look like?

Honestly I’m such a mood reader that I haven’t decided yet. I have to check to see which books fulfill the challenges that I’m participating in and then try to get through as many of them as possible. I also need to try to read a couple of books for book clubs that I’m in. There’s just too many books and not enough time to get through them all! I still think I need to just take the whole month off so I can just read as much as I can. Wouldn’t that be freaking awesome?! I wonder if I can convince my boss to let me take off lol.

I hope everyone is having a wonderful start to their year. Are there any reading challenges that you’re taking part of? I’m always looking for stuff to try, especially if it will help me get more reading in. I swear I always join the challenges but don’t always finish keeping track, so that’s something that I’ll need to for this year.
